This includes identifying goods that attract excise duties in the various Member States. We also introduce the Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS).

You will be able to identify those goods that attract excise duties in the various Member States and will be able to complete the required documentation in the context of importing or exporting goods under excise duty suspension.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) or a system that interfaces with EMCS.
